Blueberry-Yogurt Smoothie

The Everyday Food cookbook has four smoothie recipes. This one is the easiest of the four. It only has three ingredients! Blueberries, yogurt, and banana. And I just so happened to have blueberries in the freezer so... perfect!
I'm not a huge fan of smoothies when the weather is cold so I threw in a pinch of cinnamon. I also drank a hot cup of ginger tea afterwards. What can I say? I'm not too tolerant to cold weather.
I was actually feeling a little under the weather so I felt this smoothie would help me out immune-wise. Also, during the winter there's not much fresh fruit and most of its in the freezer so smoothies and cold winter days are not such a bad idea after all!
